Receiving your first message!
It may sound cliché but every time we receive a message from a client we get so excited. Whether we have worked together before or you are a new client we are so happy and more than accommodating to anything needed from us, within reason of course. We love to have a casual chat with you after everything is arranged just so you do not feel like you are talking to robots and well we are just friendly people.
Planning the photoshoot.
At Mystical Moments we are a creative pair who enjoy sharing our artistic approach. Some of our clients and maybe yourself can be unsure of what they want from us, so nothing excites us more than being able to share our vision and create a final look for you, to make sure you are confident with what we can deliver. The day of the shoot!
What we do involves us being around people a lot which is something we haven't been able do for a while, we cannot wait to build new relationships and trust with interesting and incredible families again. Capturing the memories within a family we feel is an incredible gift, we feel very close to our families so we know how important even the smallest moment can be.
Editing your images.
We love going back on the day we have spent together and bringing back those amazing smiles! We are filled with so much joy and happiness when we are editing each memory our cheeks begin to hurt. Being able to have shared those happy moments with you is one of the things that makes this job worth doing.
The final look.
Hearing the words "I love them so much" is like music to our ears, knowing we have been able to be a positive part of your journey and have delivered a service that we can all be proud of, makes us feel so relieved as all that matters to us is your opinion.

When a client comes back wanting more work from us, we know we have achieved our dream! Our confidence sky rockets and our pride is like never before, by the time the second shoot comes around it feels like we have known you forever and this means a lot to us.
